Taco Meat Recipe with Black Beans and Minced Beef
This taco meat recipe with black beans and minced beef, seasoned with Mexican spices and corn, creates the perfect combination for tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and nachos.

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil, diced red pepper, diced yellow pepper, diced onion, and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add the minced beef, stir well and cook until the meat is no longer pink sprinkling with the spices as it begins to crumble, then add the peeled tomatoes, and cook another 12-15 minutes over low heat.
- Add the boiled beans and corn. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
- At this point, if you think it is not spicy enough, add Tabasco sauce to taste.
- Serve immediately or let cool in the freezer in airtight containers. Enjoy!
Notes:
This taco meat recipe with black beans and minced beef can easily be customized to the tastes of everyone.
You only have to “play” with the measurements and with the spices.
By the way, the quantities I mentioned above are not mandatory, if you like black beans, for example, you can easily add more than the recipe says, or add more minced beef, add your favorite vegetables, add rice … the combinations that you can do are infinite.

This is delicious! But I made some changes: Since I do not like beef, I replaced it with turkey meat, and instead of Mexican spices, I used thyme, oregano and paprika … and ofcourse a few drops of tabasco sauce at the end. I suggest you try!
