Magnesium Oil Homemade Recipe + Magnesium Oil Uses
Countless articles have been written about the positive effects of daily magnesium intake and its significance for health.
Many people have a deficiency of this vital mineral that the body uses for hundreds of reactions.
Each cell in the body needs magnesium in a form or another, which is essential for bones, teeth, muscles, joints, as well for optimal sleep and reducing stress.
Magnesium deficiency is prevalent because of our lifestyle; lack of sleep, chronic stress, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, all of this are depleting the magnesium resources in the body, creating a deficiency that has many effects.
Besides all this, many natural sources of magnesium are neutralized (the land, for example, due to the excessive use of pesticides on crops) and the water filtration system removes much of the magnesium which is naturally found in water.
The ocean remains an excellent source of magnesium and other essential minerals, but for those who do not have access to the beach, magnesium oil can be quickly absorbed through the skin and is the easiest way to increase magnesium levels in the body.
Recent studies are showing that adequate levels of magnesium in the body can do virtually everything from reducing stress to improve sleep and even getting rid of morning sickness!
