  2. Now, place a pan on the stove on medium flame and add half of the butter to it. Once the butter melts, put in the fillets and pan fry till cooked. Cook on both sides until it turns golden brown and the crust turns crispy. Take them off the flame and place them on a plate.
  3. Again, put the same pan on the flame. Add the remaining butter in it. As the butter melts, add onions and cook till it turns golden. Then, add the garlic and wait for 1 minute. Next, add the capers and break them using a spatula.
  4. Then, add parsley and cook everything together.
  5. Turn off the flame and add the lime juice.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cooked fish and serve.
