Alfredo Sauce Recipe
This Alfredo sauce recipe is creamy and dense, delicious and it goes perfectly combined with your favorite pasta, chicken and even shrimp. It’s easy to prepare, from known ingredients, available to anyone.

- Using a standard mixer or blender, combine the milk, cream cheese, mozzarella (or cheese of your choice), flour and salt until homogenized.
- In a saucepan over low heat, add butter and the crushed garlic. Saute the garlic about 1 minute.
- Pour the previously obtained sauce and bring it to a boil, on low heat, stirring continuously for 4 minutes and then another 6 to let it thicken.
- Remove from heat, add parmesan cheese and mix until well combined.
